Several people requested for a copy of the presentation made at the Colloquium of Production Engineers in the 26th Indian Engineering Congress on 2011. Since many of these requests came from those who are just about getting into TOC  (Theory of Constraints), I thought of providing a full transcript.

What I did was, picked up the the draft script I had provided to the Congress organizers, and further explained it. It is now a reasonably articulated document that not only contains application of TOC for Production Engineers but also for others to get an over view of  the realm of TOC.
